Awards
It is a distinctive feature of 20min|max, that trophy money and the amount of prizes is announced during the submission process - whereas the categories as such are defined after the screening by the jury. With this approach, we try to reflect tendencies and impulses of the short film scene – reflect and renumerate with awards.
In the past year for instance the high-quality submissions of documentary movies were rewarded with an own prize.
Since edition 1, the short film festival has a constant award: the new blood award that will also be rewarded in 2010. As established and recurring categories throughout the past years, "Best Feature Film" and "Best Artistic Film" became apparent.
